In this new after-school program called Quest Club, we'll offering a selection from Acton Academy’s newly revised and beloved “Entrepreneurship Quest”, and it will be just in time for our May 4, 2025 Children’s Business Fair — a pop-up marketplace where children run businesses that they created (parents are not allowed to help!) and earn their own real money.
Doing real work to create real value that other real people purchase with real money is a wonderful opportunity for young people to build skills and confidence.
As a perk for Quest Club participants, Children who participate in our inaugural Quest Club will get priority positioning at our Children’s Business Fair in May, and Business Fair registration fee is waived!

Quest Club Offering
We’ve considered many ways to structure this program and we’ve decided to offer the following:
Quest Club will meet twice per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) for a six-week period from March 25 to May 1. The session will last 1.5 hours, and we’re offering one consolidated session instead of the previous four separate ones.
These dates or times may shift slightly as we finalize plans and partnerships. Space is limited, and early registration is encouraged as there is a high demand for afterschool activities. We are accepting deposits of $40 now to secure your child’s spot in the program. Details are at the bottom.
Quest Club will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from March 25 to May 1, for a single consolidated session. The session will be 1.5 hours long, with a time range of either 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM or 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM (final time to be confirmed)
The workshop days are no longer being offered for this session.
No Monday holiday changes are applicable since the sessions are only on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Location:
The location is still being finalized, but it will likely be at either a private residence or the Lebanon Countryside YMCA

Registration options:
The cost for Quest Club is $240, which includes two 90-minute sessions per week over a six-week period, held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from March 25 to May 1. There will be one consolidated session instead of the previous four separate sessions. Optional workshop days are not being offered for the new session structure. Participation in Quest Club also waives the registration fee for the 2025 Children's Business Fair.
Please note that any costs incurred in the completion of each child’s business are the responsibility of the family. Acton Academy North Cincinnati is not liable for these expenses.
To reserve a spot in Quest Club, a $40 deposit is required. The remaining balance is due one week prior to the start of Quest Club on March 18.
Refund Policy: In the event a Quest Club session does not take place, a full refund will be issued. If a child or family chooses to withdraw, a full refund will be provided up to five days before the session start date. For cancellations made less than five days before the session start (4 days to 1 day before), a partial refund of $200 will be issued, and Acton Academy North Cincinnati will retain the $40 deposit. No refunds will be issued after the first day of each session.
